I love you. Its hard to see that sometimes, you don’t ever want to see that there was something else besides pain that can come from trauma. it took me over 30 years to realize that. As I work through my PTSD and anxiety I’m learning that there really are gifts that can come from trauma there is a chance at a calm life but you really do have to choose it. You make you happy you need to love and accept all of you and once you see that you begin to grow as a person so much.
