Hello 30 thirty shirt

I am very proud of my 30 pound loss and I feel that it accurately reflects the effort that I put into this past month. I stuck to the plan pretty religiously and exercised every day in June. I started the month barely being able to walk a mile without feeling fatigued and yesterday morning I walked a brisk 6.2 miles and felt great! My wish? God knows my wish and I am trying my best to be ready for it.

Pictures adorn the walls with Frank’s girls including Ava Gardner, Angie Dickinson, Juliet Prowse, Jill St. John etc. Just swing babe. My family and I, exhausted, go to the cafeteria for dinner.
